Join EARTHA for a day of clay building discussion and demos of heritage building skills.

We welcome you to join EARTHA for our Heritage Earth Building Open Day. This is a free, all-day event where we will be discussing the amazing qualities and properties of clay as a building material. We will be looking at the uses of clay within heritage structures prevalent to East Anglia and spanning hundreds of years, as well as exploring the exciting opportunities that earthen materials bring to the future of the construction sector today.

If you are interested to know more about clay and other forms of earth building, and would like to know more about your local area we recommend coming along.

Bringing their experience both as professionals and with a keen eye and interest for all that is earthen, there will be discussions and demos of wattle and daub and clay lump from long standing members of EARTHA: Colin Williams, Michael Knights and Simon Steele.

Refreshments will be available and a CPD certificate can also be given for attending this event on request.
